By accessing Fizardus via our Telegram bot or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Definitions

"Fizardus", "we", "us" refers to the Fizardus service operator. "Service" means the virtual crypto card issuance and management service provided via Telegram bot @FizardusBot and the website fizardus.com. "User", "you" means any individual who registers and uses the Service. "Card" means a virtual prepaid card issued to you through the Service. "Balance" means the USDT funds held in your Fizardus account.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid Telegram account
  • Not be a resident of a sanctioned country or jurisdiction under applicable law
  • Not use the Service for any prohibited purposes listed in Section 6

By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Fizardus reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse service at its sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

Your Fizardus account is created when you start the Telegram bot and complete the onboarding questionnaire. The account is tied to your Telegram ID and cannot be transferred to another person.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account. Any action taken through your Telegram account on the Fizardus bot is deemed to be taken by you.

4. Top-Up and Balance

Deposits

Funds are deposited to your Fizardus balance in USDT via the Exolix exchange service. You may top up using multiple crypto networks (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 and others listed in the bot). The exchange rate and network fee are determined by Exolix at the time of the transaction.

Balance

Your balance is denominated in USDT. Fizardus does not offer interest on balances. Your balance is not insured or guaranteed by any government scheme. Fizardus holds your funds operationally and is not a licensed bank or e-money institution.

Minimum Balance

Certain card products require a minimum balance to be maintained. This minimum balance is frozen at the time of card order and returned to your available balance if the card order is cancelled. Minimum balance requirements are shown in the bot and on the website.

5. Card Issuance

Issuance Fee

A one-time issuance fee may apply when ordering a card, depending on the card product chosen. The first card ordered may be issued free of charge as a promotional offer — this offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Card Details

Card details (number, expiry, CVV) are issued manually by the Fizardus team and delivered to you via the Telegram bot. Issuance typically takes a few hours during business hours. Fizardus does not guarantee a specific issuance time.

Virtual Cards Only

All cards issued by Fizardus are virtual (digital only). No physical card will be mailed to you.

Card Validity

Card validity periods vary by product and are shown in the bot. Upon expiry, a card ceases to function. Fizardus does not automatically renew cards.

6. Prohibited Uses

Using the Service for any of the following purposes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
  • Purchasing illegal goods or services
  • Fraud, identity theft, or misrepresentation
  • Gambling (in jurisdictions where prohibited)
  • Transactions in or with sanctioned countries, entities, or individuals
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions
  • Attempting to circumvent card spending or transaction limits

7. Fees and Charges

Current fees for each card product are displayed in the bot and on the fizardus.com website. Fees may include:

  • Issuance fee (one-time, per card)
  • Monthly maintenance fee (if applicable)
  • Top-up fee (percentage of top-up amount)
  • Transaction fee (per purchase, if applicable)
  • ATM withdrawal fee (if ATM is supported)
  • Inactivity fee (if account is inactive for an extended period)

Fizardus reserves the right to change fees with reasonable notice communicated via the bot or website.

8. Refunds and Disputes

USDT top-up transactions are irreversible on the blockchain level. Fizardus cannot reverse completed crypto transactions. If you encounter an issue with a specific card transaction, contact us via @fizardus — we will investigate and, where possible, coordinate with the card issuer.

If a card order is not fulfilled within a reasonable time, the issuance fee (if any) will be refunded to your Fizardus balance.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Fizardus may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate any of these Terms & Conditions
  • We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Your account has been inactive for more than 12 months

Upon termination, your remaining USDT balance may be returned to you at our discretion, less any applicable fees, provided the account was not suspended for prohibited activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fizardus and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses
  • Losses arising from card declines, network outages, or technical failures outside our control
  • Losses arising from your failure to maintain access to your Telegram account
  • Fluctuations in the value of USDT or any cryptocurrency
  • Actions or omissions of third-party providers (Exolix, card issuers, Telegram)

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the USDT balance held in your Fizardus account at the time of the claim.

11. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the Service or communications from Fizardus constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for understanding any tax or legal obligations arising from your use of the Service in your jurisdiction.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally applicable principles of international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be referred to arbitration.
