Do I get airport lounge access, and on what conditions?
Yes. Platinum is issued on the Visa Infinite and Mastercard World Elite platforms — you get two cards on one account. Visa Infinite includes DragonPass, Mastercard World Elite includes LoungeKey. In both programmes entry is free when your card spend is $1,000+ over the last 30+5 days; the 5 days before departure and the departure day itself are not counted. Your access status and spend are shown in the Fizardus app, in card settings.
What are the travel insurance conditions?
Insurance is provided by Chubb for the Visa Infinite cardholder and their family, with coverage up to $2.5 million. To activate it, pay for round-trip transport or your accommodation with the card before the trip starts. The policy document is issued through Fizardus support.
How much does the Platinum card cost?
Issue — $300 one-time. Service — $40 per month, or $50 per month for both cards if you also order a physical card of the second network. To qualify, you need at least $10,000 on your account or in a created / imported wallet. The card is issued only through @Fizardus_bot support.
How do I order the physical Platinum card?
Contact Fizardus support. After checking that issue is available for you, a specialist walks you through the process personally. Production takes 6–8 days and postal delivery up to 14 days.
Which payment network will my Platinum card be on?
Both. You immediately get two cards — Visa Infinite and Mastercard World Elite. One of them is physical, the other is virtual, and they share one account and one balance.
What is the concierge service?
